This pioneering program is designed to empower aspiring florists from ethnic-minority backgrounds, offering a nurturing environment where they can cultivate fundamental floristry skills as well as the business essentials of logistics, pricing and marketing. By providing a platform for talent to flourish, we're not just shaping arrangements; we're shaping futures.
