[1] ORDERING FLOWERS FOR HOME DELIVERY
How do I place an order?
Browse our arrangements in the ORDER section and add to cart. You will be prompted to include a gift message and select your preferred delivery date. If you'd like something bespoke, get in touch at hello@sageflowers.co.uk.
Can I amend or cancel an order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible, with at least 2 days notice prior to delivery. Orders where stock has been allocated, prepared or dispatched are unlikely to be amended or cancelled.
Can I add a personalised gift message?
Yes. There's a gift message field in your cart before checkout.
Can I request a specific flower or colour palette?
Bespoke requests are very welcome, please note we have a minimum spend for bespoke designs to cover the time spent designing and sourcing as well as to cover the number of stems we are required to purchase at wholesale.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
[2] DELIVERY INFORMATION
When do you deliver?
Our home delivery service runs Monday to Friday. We have an open delivery window of 10am to 6pm. Please get in touch if you would like to book a timed delivery for an additional fee.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver by same day courier within London and the M25. We are able to post flowers overnight to addresses outside of London on request. If you're unsure whether we deliver to you, enter your postcode at checkout or drop us a message before ordering.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery days are Monday to Friday. You'll be able to select your preferred date at checkout. You'll hear from our partner courier service once your order is on its way.
What happens if no one is home to receive the delivery?
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address at all times on the date of delivery. If no one is available, our courier will leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour where possible. As flowers are perishable, please ensure someone will be available to receive them, or that there is a suitable safe place they can be left.
Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually update the address if the order hasn't been dispatched yet, but we can't guarantee changes 24 hours before dispatch.
What if my flowers arrive damaged or not as expected?
We take great care in preparing and packing every arrangement, but if something isn't right, please photograph the flowers on arrival and get in touch within 24 hours.
Is collection available?
Yes, you can collect from our Peckham studio, we'll be in touch to let you know when your flowers are ready to collect. Our collection window is generally from 10am to 4pm.

How should I care for my arrangement on arrival?
Unpack your flowers as soon as they arrive. Trim the stems at an angle, about 2–3 cm from the bottom, and place them in a clean vase with fresh, cool water. Re-cut every couple of days and change the water regularly.
Where should I display my flowers?
Keep them away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts. A cool room out of direct light is ideal. Avoid placing them near ripening fruit.
How long will my flowers last?
This varies by variety and display conditions. With proper care, most arrangements will look their best for three to five days.
[4] EVENTS AND WEDDINGS
Do you do wedding and event flowers?
Yes, creating memorable event floristry is core part of what we do at SAGE. We've worked on everything from intimate ceremonies to large-scale brand activations.
How far in advance should I get in touch?
For weddings, the earlier the better, ideally six months or more in advance. For events and corporate work, with prompt communication we can work to faster turn around times, usually with a minimum of three days notice.
What does the process look like?
We'll start with a consultation to understand your vision, aesthetic, and practical requirements. From there, we develop a floral proposal, agree on a brief, and work closely with you through to the day.
Do you work with corporate clients and brands?
Absolutely, this is our core work and where we best express ourselves.
[5] GIFT CARDS
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. SAGE gift cards are available in the ORDER section of the website and make a considered, open-ended gift. Our gift cards are issued digitally.
How do I use a gift card?
Enter the gift card code at checkout. It will be applied before any other payment. If your order comes to more than the card's value, you can pay the remainder with a debit or credit card.
Do gift cards expire?
Gift card validity is shown at the time of purchase. Please use it before the expiry date.
